Dinner:

  • Pasta/instant rice/ramen
  • Rice sides (Korr)
  • Tuna
  • Dried veggies
  • Soup mixes
  • Cheese

Banks Fry-Bake PizzaTrail:

  • Bars (Clif, fig, etc)
  • Trail mix (nuts, fruits, chocolates, etc)
  • Gummi Bears
  • Jerky

Spice Kit:

  • Salt & Pepper
  • Hot sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Garlic powder

**Lots of factor influence the type and quantity of food that you carry on the trail (Weather, length, duration, etc). This is a list of foods and snacks that I have carried, and is intended to be used for meal ideas and not as an all inclusive food pack list.**
